We met Zynn through Qanvast Hangout and we chose her straightaway from the way she listened to our needs and wants and suggest ideas from there thoughtfully. She is a very friendly, committed and passionate ID that gives us the assurance from prior to end of renovation. She would give constant updates and suggestions from after the hangout till end of reno and was fast to respond to issues faced throughout the reno as well as post reno. Design planned by her were also thoughtfully planned to ensure our needs, wants and budget is met. She would also give suggestions for consideration and would not be pushy about it. We truly appreciate her as our ID as we could feel that she is genuine in helping ensure that we can be content with the outcome of our new home.

I was assigned Judy as my designer, and I’m very glad I made that choice. From the start, Judy took the time to understand my style and preferences. She paid close attention to the overall colour scheme and offered thoughtful suggestions that balanced aesthetics with practicality, all within a reasonable budget. Despite a few unexpected challenges during the renovation, Judy was always proactive. She regularly update on the progress, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. We got to know T&T through the referral of our property agent. We did engage them previously for other unit’s renovation, and needed to make some A&A works for our current unit. We compared a few ID firms and was impressed by Trina for her prompt follow-up as well as friendly approach. I perceive the A&A isn’t a “big ticket item” for ID firms, but we appreciated Trina’s responsiveness and keeping the quotation within our budget. The design and quotation was revised a couple of times after a few rounds of discussion with Trina, and she always come through with reasonable advice, most importantly keeping both functionality and aesthetics aspects into consideration. On a separate note, the 2 years warranty period provided by the firm gave us a peace of mind knowing we can always get back to Trina or the firm should there be any issues in the future. As it was A&A works, the renovation was done pretty swiftly within the timeline given by Trina, which we really appreciate as it was the year end period. Eventually some touch up was required, but it was arranged by Trina and her team rectified it efficiently. It was an overall pleasant experience working with Trina & team.

I wanted someone I trusted to do a bit of touch up work for my HDB unit. Engaged Derrick Hong from T&T again as we had recently worked with them on a renovation project and I was pleased with overall outcome. Got to know ID Trina through online gaming friend. From the very first consultation, she listened carefully to my needs and transformed my vision into a stunning reality. Eric was actually a family recommendation, hence I decided to take the leap of faith and engage him for my renovation. From the get-go, Eric was easy to talk to and very quickly managed to understand the theme that my wife and I was looking for. He also made sure that all pre-renovation works was taken care of, especially when the unit came with some fittings that we wanted to retain. The renovation proceeded smoothly, and Eric always updates us promptly on the progress. The team also very quickly rectified any issues raised and made sure it was done up to standard.

Overall, the process was smooth, and it was completed ahead of the original schedule. Overall, our experience with Derrick and T&T Design was very positive, making our renovation journey much less stressful than anticipated.

Trina and Desmond are in charge of my house reno, with Desmond being like the CO and Trina being the OC. Throughout the processes to end, Trina is very proactive in providing progress milestones. Sure there were a lot of “Dream ideas” I had, but there were also a lot of advice given by both Desmond and Trina, practical ones which served my needs. When you are looking for an ID, you want proper work to be done, end to end. It’s not just about the price itself. Why I strongly recommend T&T, Desmond and Trina? You need help, they attend to you promptly. They treat you with utmost respect and they don’t take you like a carrot to be kena chopped. Bowie is incredibly sincere, experienced, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He had a lot of creative ideas and suggestions, offering thoughtful guidance that truly showcased his expertise. While we ultimately decided to go in a different direction for our project and did not engage the studio, we were very impressed with his professionalism and vision. We knew T&T from a friend and engaged them for our 4-room HDB renovation (resale, 40 years old apartment) after surveying nearly 10 IDs. We are happy to make the right decision! Main work is kitchen cabinets, master room wardrobe and full house flooring. Our ID was Zynn, who is very patient and professional to accommodate and resolve our requests. Recently engaged Desmond to do my old 3-room flat makeover. He was recommended to me by my relative, and through the first meet up I feel that he is reliable and experienced. As I am indecisive, Desmond’s suggestion as well as advise was helpful to me. As it was my first time renovating, there were many things that I was not clear on, but Desmond was helpful through the process. Though there were issues along the way of renovation due to the flat being old, Desmond and his team was efficient in making sure all issues were attend to and also kept me updated along the way.

Desmond did the renovation for our 1st home, a HDB flat 7 years ago. This time we decide to engage Desmond again for our 3 bedder condo. The works were rather extensive, and we had a tight timeline due the approved reno dates by my condo management. Despite so, Desmond very efficiently managed his team as well as the works that were ongoing concurrently. Due to our busy schedule, we often ended work late and are unable to be at site. However, Desmond was very proactive with his updates, taking photos and videos as well as updating us the progress of the works being done. I think Desmond and his team did a very great job considering the tight timeline and overhaul done. Definitely a well-deserved word of mouth and I would continue to recommend Desmond and his team to my friends and family.
